About Project

This project was the refurbishment of five floors and communal areas on the 15 Quay Street building. The work comprised of LED Linear lighting throughout, exposed tray and conduit containment system to blend in with the existing ceiling construction. General power, underfloor busbar system, L3 fire alarm re design and structured cabling on all floors.

Fresh and vibrant design together with a new gym installed on the basement level has given this building a completely new look.
